Melissa is a Fear Free Certified, Certified Canine Behavior Consultant through the CCPDT with extensive experience with dogs, cats, and small mammals like rabbits, mice, and chinchillas. She is also a member of the National Animal Control Association with over ten years in disaster response and a former Director of open-admissions municipal animal control.
